Shipping

Tax (VAT), Duty, Fees

Expect additional payments if your country have some laws which require them. I do not collect tax (VAT), which means you're liable for paying them upon receiving the parcel.

As for the EU, the VAT is usually around 20%. Add duty and fees and you will get a rough estimation of additional payments.

When using Express shipping - they may charge additional customs clearance (around $15). So parcel to, let's say Germany or Canada will have around $40 of additional payments if you buy the product which costs around $80. Better to stick to a Standard shipping.

Standard shipping

For shipping I'm using national post as a standard delivery option.

Here is the list of countries with the speed which you can expect (delivery to the border, add a couple of days for it to move within your country.

I mostly use "packets PRIME" as a parcel ("product") option.

Express shipping

For Express shipping I use UPS. For some countries it's not a great option based on my experience (like France, Canada, UK).

Shipping process

As you may know, we currently don't have aviation in Ukraine.

That's why parcels need to go by truck to the neighbor countries first. And then wait for the plain there. Which sometimes takes around 5-7 days without tracking updates.
