There will be 3 bags of coffee. Usually 750 g  / 26.45 oz of coffee beans total (some lots could be smaller than 250 g / 8.8 oz bag). But there could be drops of 100 g and less sometimes. Meaning it could be around 500-600 g total.

One Bag Club

It will be mostly coffee from One Bag Club by Radiokava. Coffee importers in Ukraine quite frequently have unique green coffee available. But it either costs a lot or very limited (mostly - both).

Some people prefer to try new coffee quite frequently and this was created specifically for them.

What to expect from the coffee:

Infused coffee (natural flavoring of the coffee, co-fermented with fruits etc.) or coffee which is fermented with some bacteria.

Examples: Colombia Granja Paraiso 92, tastes better than watermelon. Colombia Finca Milan Nitro, which has a weird smell, but then - pure apricot jam flavor.

But sometimes it's just a washed processed Geisha.

It's a good option for people who prefer experimental coffee and maximize the diversity of flavor.

Suitable for

  • Pour over
  • Turkish coffee
  • cup / french press
  • Moka pot (if you use my 12 g recipe)

Outstanding tasting experience

The three coffees arrived within a week to USA from Kiev. So very fast! As pointed out the selection will vary seasonally, I mentioned I wanted to try anaerobics and received Ethiopia AYLA BOMBE anaerobic filter roast, Columbia Geisha Anaerobic filter roast, and Columbia Sidra bourbon washed. Used cezve and ‘Turkish’ coffee method as a starting point for comparison, Kinu 47 standard burr at 1.0 (1 full rotation from ‘0’). Each was very interesting and enjoyable and easily distinguishable. Working with filter pour-over V60 and osmotic/hybrid flow technique the flavor profiles of the roaster tasting notes were perceived
and appreciated! I am a newbie regarding pour-over so it is easier for me to compare different coffees rather than identifying their profiles in their own. This is part of the enjoyment of course. I have placed the bulk of the coffees in a deep freeze in sealed containers (lock-n-lock) and so far the aliquots I’ve removed are consistent with the original perceived profiles when they first arrived and were first opened. My only regret is that I can only use them so fast;) needless to say I look forward to continuing my coffee journey with additional orders!

Thank you!) Glad that you enjoyed that coffee too. It is always tricky, especially with anaerobic processed. But cezve makes everything easier to appreciate.
