Ordering coffee
If you're planning to order Roasted Coffee - I'll use Ukrposhta as a Standard shipping option.
EMS (expedited) if Express is chosen as a delivery option.
For other products - I'll use UPS Express for Express shipping (in most cases).
Tracking updates
Ukrposhta: It's totally fine for tracking to not show an updates for 7-10 days after it leaves the country. We don't have planes in Ukraine currently so they go by truck to the nearest country.
UPS Express: Same story. It could take 3-4 days until tracking starts to work. Especially if you ordered on Friday (since the postal service don't work on Saturday and Sunday).
Other delivery method: Sometimes I choose a "consolidation" for faster shipping. In such case, packages will be tracked from the US. It could take around a week for tracking to start to work.

Basic but delicious
I prefer to have this coffee as an "everyday choice". I experiment a lot, but always to back to this one. There is no funky notes, but enough complexity and juiciness to be interesting enough. And it's relatively easy to brew because of the low amount of bitterness. Though, the Q-score is 85, meaning the potential of the coffee is high.

Sweet Refreshing Berries
Coffee which will be suitable for all of the brewing methods. Especially - for making Turkish coffee. Bright, refreshing berries with medium sweetness.
This washed processed coffee from Rwanda is pretty clean, without defects which is sometimes can be found in that region (meaning no tomato and potato flavor).
Espresso or Filter?
It's always safe to start from Espresso roast. This roasting profile has less acidity and more body. And it will be suitable for Turkish coffee, Espresso and Pour Over / Drip coffee.
For experienced people, who want more preserved flavor with "cleaner" taste - Filter roast is the way to go.
