A piece of art

It's so beautiful that doesn't require any description. But here are my first impressions:

It looks quite rough and absolutely represents the name of the brand - Mediterranean Art. Small dents on a body and texture of the tin coating inside makes you feel the energy of a craftsman who created it.

It is very well balanced, which is a pretty rare thing. Because of the solid weight, it stays stable even when not filled with water. Also, the angle of the handle makes it stay firm.

Double spout makes it perfect for use with either left or right hand. It is truly a piece of art.

Unique

Turns out, this version of Greek Coffee World briki is made specifically for Ukraine. It has thicker walls and incredible inner tinning which stays shiny and fresh for a long time.

I haven't seen a more atmospheric coffee pot yet. If you want to enjoy brewing - you are in the right place.

Copper color change

Sometimes it may arrive in condition which looks "aged". This is not a defect and it wasn't used. It's simply a process of oxidation of a copper. In order to make it look fresh, you just need to use copper polish (or rub it with lemon) to make it shiny again.

    My second cezve

I was so happy with the 100 ml briki! So I ordered this larger ~170 ml version for when I want to brew slightly larger cups and for sharing. Getting the brew ratio right can be important for specific beans, roasts and the like. Having a couple of different sizes gives greater flexibility. I can use the 100 and 170 on the micro burner or the slightly larger Kovea 8911-1 gas stove. The shape and weight are just right to control the extraction and preparation (using the wrap and crema color method). Currently the cevze and Turkish coffee method are my go-to for each new bean and roast I order, and as a reference point when comparing different coffees.

That is for sure the most reasonable size (170 ml). I use 250 ml and sometimes it feels a little bit bulky. While 100 ml is always fun. And perfect for testing, how the foam should be wrapped to transfer the recipe to a bigger one.
