Milk line = low acidity

Special roasting profile was used to get a "low acidity" coffee which will be suitable for Automatic coffee machines. It's not dark, but more towards "classic roast". Bitterness isn't that pronounced and the beans aren't oily.

With this profile (technically - longer roasting, but without getting "backed" defect) coffee has a higher extraction. Which makes it easy to brew properly, without getting bitter or acidic cup.

Perfect for Turkish coffee

Get the smooth flavor with the diversity in taste. Three origins with flavor notes such as apricot, berries, chocolate. Fresh roasted in Ukraine.
