Turkish copper coffee pot is perfect for 2-4 persons. You can use up to 270 g of water.

Tinning may have imperfections near the rivets and the spout, but this is due to production process.

For most types of stoves

Ceramic, Gas, Induction. But for Induction stove, make sure that the burner allows to use 9.5 cm cookware. Usually the burner size should be under 14 cm.

Important:

Don't make anything other than coffee
Don't place cezve on hear source without water inside (you may and probably will permanently damage the tinning that way. Melting temperature is around 230°C. If you're going to melt sugar in it - you definitely will need to re-apply this tinning somewhere, which isn't a simple process. So just make coffee, don't use it for anything else).

Q&A

Is it hard to brew?

After watching my tutorial, it'll take 1-2 attempts to master this brewing method once and forever. It's very stable and could be used for all types of coffee roast, from light to dark. But I prefer light roast.

How much coffee can I brew at once?

2-4 cups. You will need 27 g of coffee and 270 g of water (or less).

Are there imperfections on a product?

Yes, it's handmade and will have imperfections. I call them features, they are making every unit unique.

Is copper good for health?

There is a tin layer inside for protection from contact with copper. Be sure not to use abrasive for cleaning in order to preserve it. Also it's important not to fill it with boiling water or place it on heat without liquid inside.
