Ordering coffee

If you're planning to order Roasted Coffee - I'll use Ukrposhta as a Standard shipping option.

EMS (expedited) if Express is chosen as a delivery option.

For other products - I'll use UPS Express for Express shipping (in most cases).

Tracking updates

Ukrposhta: It's totally fine for tracking to not show an updates for 7-10 days after it leaves the country. We don't have planes in Ukraine currently so they go by truck to the nearest country.

UPS Express: Same story. It could take 3-4 days until tracking starts to work. Especially if you ordered on Friday (since the postal service don't work on Saturday and Sunday).

Other delivery method: Sometimes I choose a "consolidation" for faster shipping. In such case, packages will be tracked from the US. It could take around a week for tracking to start to work.

Durable copper cezve for 2-3 persons

Suitable for 20-27 g dose of coffee and 200-270 g of water. Quality of the brewing is easily controllable and tastes great. You simply cannot brew a bad cup with it (if following my instructions).

Coffee from this pot is balanced and sweet. Cezve is the coffee brewer that everyone should have. And it's better to invest in a proper one.

Copper color change

Sometimes it may arrive in condition which looks "aged". This is not a defect and it wasn't used. It's simply a process of oxidation of a copper. In order to make it look fresh, you just need to use copper polish (or rub it with lemon) to make it shiny again.

Not to the point which is presented on photo, but not as shiny as it could be.

It may look like top left coffee pot on the picture above. And after applying polishing paste and rinsing - it will be refreshed.

Q&A

Is it hard to brew?

After watching my tutorial, it'll take 1-2 attempts to master this brewing method once and forever. It's very stable and could be used for all types of coffee roast, from light to dark. But I prefer light roast.

What about the handle?

It's made of brass and it's quite comfortable to hold.

How much coffee can I brew at once?

2-3 cups. You will need 20-27 g of coffee and 200-270 g of water. It's like Espresso, so you don't need much to wake up. Depends on how much coffee you prefer, it could be used even for one person. Especially for light roast (roaster for pour over).

Are there imperfections on a product?

Yes, it's handmade and could have some imperfections. I try to choose the best one when checking before shipping.

Is copper good for health?

There is a thin tin layer inside for protection from contact with copper. Layer is around 12 micrometers, so be sure not to use abrasive for cleaning in order to preserve it. Also it's important not to fill it with boiling water or place it on heat without liquid inside.

Is copper hard to clean?

Absolutely not. If you want to make it shine, use lemon or ketchup to rub it. Or a special copper polish. But you can skip cleaning it outside.

Version "Patina" has a protective coating outside which will not change color.
